Gtation is a new and ambitious Digital Marketing Agency committed to helping brands grow through creativity, strategy, and performance. We’re looking for a smart, motivated, and result-oriented Manager to lead our agency toward growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
2. Generate leads and convert them into clients for digital marketing services (SEO, social media, Branding, Paid Ads, etc.).
3. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
4. Collaborate with the creative, media, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Create business plans, business proposals, presentations and marketing materials to attract new clients.
6. Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction with our services.
7. Manage, guide, and motivate the sales & marketing team to meet and exceed targets.
8. Represent the agency in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
9. Ensure the company becomes profitable and maintains steady sales growth.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or agency management.
3. Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Leadership qualities with a target-driven mindset.
6. Ability to lead a team with professionalism, creativity, and strategic insight.
7. Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

📋 Job Info:

• 🕘 Time: 9 AM–6 PM | (6 Days in a Week)
• 🎯 Age: 25–35 | 💼 Type: Full-time
• 💰 Salary: 35k-45k (Negotiable based on your experience)
