𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Develop, refine, and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and business goals.
2. Identify new business opportunities, drive revenue generation, manage the P&L, and implement cost-effective strategies to ensure the company’s sustained growth and profitability.
3. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team; foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
4. Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring high quality of service delivery, client satisfaction, and efficient workflow across all departments.
5. Ensure productivity, profitability & sustainable business development.
6. Oversee resource allocation, budget management, KPI tracking, and business forecasting.
7. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, providing regular updates to the Founder/Management Board on the company’s financial health and performance.
8. Enhance Gtation’s brand visibility and market share by building strong client relationships and staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
9. Strengthen client acquisition, retention strategies and corporate relationship management.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Professional certifications in Business Management will be an added advantage.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
1. Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in agency management, business strategy, or relevant leadership role.
2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful business plans and strategic growth initiatives.
3. Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
4. Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
5. Ability to lead a team with professionalism, creativity, and strategic insight.
6. Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

🕘 Time: 9 AM–6 PM | 🗓️ Weekend: Friday
